At the international conference “Mezzo secolo di italianistica a Cracovia. L’Italia e il suo patrimonio culturale, letterario, linguistico”.

Yesterday our Team member Maria Magdalena Kubas presented a speech entitled “Una Maddalena dimenticata: sull’eredità del Settecento, piemontese ed europeo” [“A forgotten Magdalene: on the legacy of the eighteenth century, Piedmontese and European”], within the International conference Mezzo secolo di iatlianistica a Cracovia. L’Italia e il suo patrimonio culturale, letterario, linguistico [Half a century of Italianistics in Krakow. Italy and its cultural, literary and linguistic heritage], held in Krakow last 27 and 28 November.

What is NeMoSanctI?

 

NeMoSanctI is a research project carried out at the University of Turin. It studies how models of sanctity have changed after the Second Vatican Council. To this end, it applies a pioneering methodology based on semiotic theory to a wide corpus of normative, judicial, and narrative texts.

This project has received funding from the European Research Council (ERC) under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme (grant agreement No 757314).
